Packs used: 3.8 I didn't want my hair to be super full. I back combed or teased the roots to make it look more natural. Everyone thought this hair was my hair. I'm currently on week 2 of wearing these crochet braids. So far so good. Pros: I love how much blonde there is with this hair compared to other hairs in the market. If you want a bit of a dark root and lots of blonde go for this one! It matches my highlighted curly fro underneath the crochet braids. Water friendly: yes Easy to install: yes Easy to separate: color - OT27: NO color- T27: YES affordable Easy to style Low maintenance - pull up hair into pineapple at night or wear, head scarf, easy to wash, minimal shedding and tangling, cut synthetic hairs creating cobwebs and frizzy strands once a week Natural looking: yes. I blended both OT27 and T27 together to get highlighted dimensional dark roots honey blonde curls. Cons: the curls on my edges were flattened by a loose scrunchie on day 2 hair. Shiny even after a ACV rinse so I used dry shampoo to take out the shine. Rubbing the hair with dryer sheets did not fix the shine. Note: t27 is more of a pintura blonde on dark hair so there's blonde highlights throughout and it has this soft transition to Blonde towards the ends. The OT27 is more of a dark root (4) to honey blonde a bit of a harsher transition than the T27.

I have used this type of hair numerous times and one thing I can say is that Freetress Braid 2X Wand Curl Crochet Braid RINGLET WAND CURL doesn't disappoint ever! It's very easy to install especially for beginners. I wouldn't separate the hair unless you really want a big puffy look. I would only separate at the top if you want an invisible method but do yourself a favor and buy it. I had the color 1b
